Title: Truly engaging students: Tips from curriculum planning
English conversation classes can easily fall into a rut after a while. In
this workshop, I will introduce two tried and tested methods for engaging students:
content teaching and project work. Applying any of the tips we will discover
together will guarantee more involved, more motivated and ultimately happier
students.

Oana Cusen is working hard to apply in her classes the principles of
language teaching acquired through her MA and TESOL Certificate work. They
include learner-centered teaching and curriculum planning.
